Once again, Governor Pat Quinn has proclaimed October 24th is Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Day in Illinois.
AOM Day is observed nationally on October 24th as part of an effort designed to increase public awareness of the progress, promise, and benefits of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
AOM Day is supported through a unique international partnership of organizations including the United States, Canada, Mexico and Pakistan. The partnership includes professional associations, research organizations and educational institutions. Click here AOM Day for more information.
ILaaom would like to see as many events in the state as possible all month. You don’t have to stick with one day! Several marketing packets have been put together to help you generate campaigns. Consider putting an event together yourself, or join with other practitioners in your area. In these toolkits are helpful descriptions for setting up health fairs and how to re-activitate your patient contacts. You can download them all at this site, Free Toolkits, or individually in the links below.
Also, SAVE THE DATE, OCTOBER 1ST 2:00PM central time for a free webinar on how to reactivate your contacts. Click here to register.
The Council of State Associations has prepared materials to help us all implement a NATIONAL AOM DAY OUTREACH CAMPAIGN. Click here to download the Council of State Association Outreach Toolkit.
Acupuncture Media Works has been a generous supporter of this event. They have been key in the creation of the free marketing kit offered below and has offered to donate profits to the Council of State Associations from the sale of AOM Day brochures which you can personalize with your clinic name.
Let’s see how big an impact we can make!
