Join us for a delicious family style dinner that includes vegetarian dishes, cash bar & raffle for great prizes donated by many of our supportive vendors. Our keynote speakers will be:
Steve Morrill, Attorney and ILaaom Lobbyist
and Dr. David Miller, MD, Legislative Director
speaking on legislative issues concerning our practice in Illinois including 'dry needling' performed by PT's.
Student Raffle! Three $300 scholarships will be raffled. Each student who attends gets a free entry into the raffle.
